How to choose TAO'S Surgical Dental Loupes                                                            

1. Choose the magnification                                                         

TAO’S Surgical Dental Loupes: 2.5x ~7.0x                                                            

         *Basic Galilean flip up series: 2.5x, 3.0x, 3.5x                                                     

         *Basic prismatic flip up series: 4.0x, 5.0x, 6.0 x                                          

         *Variable magnification series: Z10 (2.5x ~3.0x), Z11 (3.0x~3.5x)                                     

         *Prismatic multi-focus series: MF4.0x (4.0x~ 5.0x), MF5.0x 5.0x~6.0x, MF6.0x (6.0x~7.0x)      

2. Choose your best working distance                                                           

*Working distance: 340mm, 380mm, 420mm, 460mm, 500mm, 550mm        

PS : This working distance is from your eyes to the object, please measure the best distances when you are working , How to measure your working distance- When sitting at a comfortable working height with your back straight, head slightly dipped and a patient/friend in the dental chair you should measure the distance between your eye and the patients mouth. Most people are suited to our middle working distance of 420mm, but those of shorter or taller than average height may consider using 340mm or 460mm, respectively. 3. Choose frames or headband

*NCS series 100% Titanium frame: Circle--silver & black & purple, Square-silver & black & purple;                                                       

*NS/NSP sports frame: Silver, red, purple, black, brown, green, blue  

* The headband is used to connect with the dental loupes or the LED light. It’s a better way to avoid much pressure on nose with the frame in the operation.

Notice:

I have an optical prescription, can I still wear loupes?

Yes, if you wear corrective contact lenses then our NS/NCS/NSP frames can be worn. If you wear glasses then you will need your prescription made into our prescription frames. TAO’S can offer this service.

4. Choose the Packages                                                                      

* Sports bags for loupes: blue or black;                                               

* Plastic box for loupes and loupes with led headlight;                                                           

* Leather box for prismatic series loupes;

1. TAOS OPTICS CO., LTD. warrants the loupes to be delivered on any order will be the kind designated or specified.
2.
