Because all of the goods are customized with the size of each buyer, can't sales to other one,
so we are not accept return of goods or cancel the orders Unless the real quality problem.
The following questions are not within quality problem
A. customized products, don't accept the unconditional return
B. because of buyer’s reason, cause size is not correct, the product is not able to use. (canvas size to confirm size shall prevail, processing process have 1-2 cm error is normal phenomenon, can't accept this person bypass .
C. The color and imagination is not as your thinking or as your screen color, Don't like it, feel bad such personal imagination for the standard of reason. Network marketing, we can't control your screen color, please understanding.
D. Method of installation is not correct,causing damage to the product.
