First Year Warranty(Full light warranty since delivery date under normal use.)

A: If the light has issues within 3 month, we send you parts for repair or you return it to our service center (we pay return shipping fee).

B: After 3 month, we send you free parts for repair. If you send the light for repair, you are responsible for shipping fee to the service center.

Over 1 Year Warranty

A: Up to 20% of LED diodes

B: Up to 30% of the power supplies

C. You can send the light to our service center for repair, but you pay for the shipping fee back/forth, repair fee, and additional parts if needed.

***If additional parts are needed, you need to pay for additional parts/shipping depending on the case.

Post Warranty Service & parts

After your warranty expires, you are welcome to send your light in for repair or purchase parts for the light. You will be responsible for everything including shipping fee, parts fee, repair fee.

Return

14-day return policy.

When returning an item, it must be in its original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it.

The item and package should be in original and perfect condition.

All returns MUST be done within 14 days of date of receiving the item.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
