SHIPPING

1.Usually the hard disk drives will be sent out within 3 days after payment confirmation (Holiday excluded)

2. Carrier:Standard Air Mail

3. Make sure to leave a telephone number when filling your buyer information.

4. After the shipment, we will send you the tracking number; you can check the shipping status according this number.

5. Before you sign up the postage, please inspect the consignment right away to confirm that they are the goods you ordered and everything received in good condition.

WARRANTY

1.If the hard disk drives is defective upon receipt, the customer has 7 days from the date of the receipt to exchange for a new one, and please make sure all the hard drives are undamaged and in resalable condition.

2.We offer free repairing service within 3 year of purchase. The buyer needs to pay two-ways shipping cost.

3.The warranty is not available once the hard disk drives are damaged by improper use on the buyer?s end.
