If you can't find the most suitable size from the size chart, please fill out the form as below according to the measurement instructions. We can make it to your measures.

T his gown can be custom made according to your measurements. If your measurements are way off my size chart, we are happy to make the gown according to your measurements as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit.

If you can't find the most favorite color from the following color chart when place an order ,you can choose a color at random ,and then we will send our professional color chart to you by email.You can choose your favorite color from our color chart ,at last you only need tell us the color number you choose by email 

We are a professional wedding dresses design and manufacturing company. All our products are made of top quality materials, and with very good workmanship. Our products include bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, prom dresses, bolero, and veils. Of course, it is welcome that we will make the dress according to the picture which buyer send to me. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

We mainly accept Escrow service, if you cannot make payment through this way, please contact me. We also accept other payment way, such as Bank Transfer, Western Union.

When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 15-20 days once your payment is completed.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

• Returns for refund must arrive within 7 days of the Received date

• When you making a return, please include a note with your name, address, and Item number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange or refund
