1. Q: What can I do if my GPS tracker cannot activate or offline?
A: You can tell us the IMEI of your GPS tracker.
Then you can respectively send a command PARAM#, GPRSSET# and STATUS# by your phone through SMS, and forward these reply to us. When we receive your IMEI and these reply, we will help you to solve this problem more easily and efficiency.
2. Q: What is the warranty for your Concox GPS tracker?
A: For most consumer electronics, the seller just provide one year warranty.If you buy our Concox GPS tracker and use our platform for lifetime use, We will provide three years warranty.
. Q: How do I get access to your Platform “Tracksolid”
A: When you use your computer, you can search “ www.tracksolid.com“ to get our platform. When you use your phone, you can download our APP “Tracksolid” from APP store or Google play.
4. Q: How do I access my account?
A: There have two choice for you.
(1). Please provide the IMEI of your GPS Tracker, your usename and password to us. We will help you to create a account that use your usename and password for you.
(2). You can download our APP “Tracksolid” from APP store or Google play. Then use your Email to registration a account.
At the same time, If you buy more than one Concox GPS trackers, you can contact us. We will be very help to create an account for you, so you can monitor multiple devices on our platform at the same time. The next time when buy another our GPS Tracker, we can also help you to put this IMEI to your account.
5. Q: Does Concox GPS tracker need a SIM card?
A: Yes, think of your tracker as another phone. You insert a SIM card and that phone number is where you send your text messages to. A suitable simcard is a first necessity to make it work.

Mediatek Intelligence Chipset
Our GT03C adopt high-performance processing chipest-MTK6261D.While reducing the power consumption by a large margin, the accuracy of positioning is greatly increased.
GPS+AGPS+LBS Triple Positioning
Our GT03C support GPS,AGPS and LBS triple positioning,once there has good GPS signal. It will locate via GPS,if it doesn’t have GPS signal,it will locate via LBS. The triple positioning allow the location to be pinpointed accurately and rapidly.
Long Standby Time
Our GT03C have built-in chargeable 3.7V 5000mAh Li-ion battery and intelligent dormancy. One-time charging last nearly 40 days(deep sleep mode), no need to charge tendiously,make your car more relieved.
Low Battery Alarm
The built-in battery can charge about four hour,then use for about 2 to 4 days. When the battery is less than 5%,it will send SMS:“Attention! The built-in battery is low,please charge!”to SOS numbers.
Strong Magnetic Mounting
Our GT03C have built-in strong industrial magnet,the device can adhere to mental surface. Such as vehicle bottom,inside the door,below the seat,on the container. Strong magnetic cover allowing for flexible and easily installation.
IP65 Dust And Waterproof
Our GT03C have high precision shell to ensure stable operation in tough environment. It is not only not afraid of dust,but also don't worry about being splashed by water.
Voice Monitoring
Any SOS number calls the device and keep ringing for more than 10s,the device will enter voice monitoring status,we can monitor the sound around the device. Our GT03C will not make any noise during the monitoring process.
Vibration And Movement Alert
In defense status,once there have a viration,the device will send alarm SMS to the SOS number in 10s. If the device is located,it will send accurate GPS location to SOS number. Otherwise,it will send LBS location first.
Over Speed Alarm
When the car is moving over a limited speed in average in a limited time period,the device will send over speed alarm SMS to user. In this way,we can pay attention to the use of the car and avoid the unexpected accident.
Check Location
When APP/Tracking platform are not available,we can still use mobile phone with SOS number to send SMS command“Position”to query the address information. If GPS is located successfully, the device will reply the accurate GPS address information.
GPS Blind Zone Alarm
When our GT03C enters the GPS blind zone, it change from positioning to non-positioning for more than 60 seconds,it will send a alarm “Attention! GPS signal is weak, unable to locate in the region.” to your phone or platform.
