The difference between afloodlight and a spotlight:

* A spotlight has a narrow beam that concentrateslight on a small area.

* A floodlight is built so that the light spreads overa wide area.

* With a spotlight you will see things further away infront of you however it will leave everything beside you in the dark with afloodlight the reverse is the case.

* Because the light is more concentrated, a spotlight willappear brighter than a floodlight but only within its narrower beam. Aspotlight is more suited to illuminating objects and a floodlight is moresuited to illuminating areas.

Why the items I received is bad/broken?

All the items are tested by our technical people. All the items are tested to be OK, then sent out by us.

As the bulbs/lights are electrical items, it has some defect rate. It is normal. Also because of long distance transporatation from opposite side of the earth, it can also cause the item broken or scratched or the wire broken.

How will you solve if found defect(broken) items?

If found any defect after received items, please send mail to us with the photos of defect items, we will make a refund or resend new items to you.

What's your after-sales service?

Within 1 year warranty, if the parts such pmma or PC Lens or mounting bracket or LED chip bulbs or Aluminum stration board,etc was broken, we will send you good and new replacement parts for free. And you should pay the shipping freight. Thank you very much.
