How To Choose Your Loupes

 1. First select the loupe’s magnification.  If this is your first time using loupes we suggest you select the lowest magnification that will meet your needs. The lower the magnification, the larger the field of view and the easier the loupes will be to use. 2.5 or 3.0 magnification is a good starting point. The 3.0 magnification loupes are our best sellers.

2. Determine your working distance, which will also automatically determine your field of view.  While working on a friend or family member have someone measure the distance from your eyes to your patient’s teeth: this is you working distance.  Choose the distance that is closest to the selection we offer.
