A. Yes, even on the same Job, you can do setting with different colour in the software and also can making holes.

Q. is the machine must work with computer?
  A. Must connect with computer with USB cable when you change the settings of machine. for the design files, you can transfer the file with USB memory stick to the machine, Or can download it to the machine directly with USB cable from computer.

Q. How long the laser tube is working well?
  A. It is about 6000+ hours. It’s lifetime depend on your materials operation, using frequency and maintenance.

Q. Do you avaliable spare parts?
  A. we can provide all of spare parts of any model we listing.

Q. I have heard the mirrors need cleaning?
  A. Yes they do but not after every job, once a week is normally enough

SHIPMENT

1.If you choose seller shipping method, please email us your port name to double check if it can be reached and delivery time. Please reconfirm the shipment information: consignee/contact person, detailed address, telephone number.

For Russia, we can ship machine to your city by land transportation. Please contact us to confirm the shipping cost and customs tax.

2. When payment and shipping information are confirmed, shipping will be made within 7 working days.

3. It's FOB Qingdao trade term. The buyer should pay shipping cost, surcharge of port, including handling charges, custom clearance cost and import taxes. EXW and CIF terms are also acceptable. We ship goods by sea to your seaport (you need to find broker to help you clear customs).

4. On arriving at the destination port, the machine should be picked up soon. Or the buyer should pay the relevant demurrage charges.
