For pressing olive oil: Please firstly remove the pits and cut olives into pieces of peanut size (which makes it easier to feed in the pressing barrel), also, whole process would take longer time than pressing seeds.

How to choose a suitable automatic oil press?

 1. Safe---You need one oil press machine designed for pressing healthy oil.

Eating more health is now in prevailing and that maybe the most important reason why customers turn to choose an automatic oil press. So, the first factor you need to consider is that whether it is safe enough or not. Then how to decide? Here are some guideline(Just for reference.)

   I: The material of the automatic oil press, especially the material of pressing barrel and pressing bar

Food grade stainless steel is the most used material in kitchen utensils. All parts of this oil press machine are made of food grade stainless steel except the pressing bar. The pressing bar is made of food grade Germany cutlery steel, which is with higher hardness, very suitable for the oil pressing of nut seeds.  II:The sealing property of motor

Our oil press adopts the Industrial-grade motor, pure copper coil, fully sealed with aluminum alloy, no worry about the leakage of lubrication grease from the motor.

2. Multiple pressing ways to meet different seeds pressing requirement.As we all know, different seeds have its own suitable pressing temperature in order to reserve most of nutrition.

This oil press machine has 3 kinds of pressing ways.

 I: Cold pressing - temperature 37.8 centigrade, specialized for flax seeds, reserve most of nutrition!
            II: Hot pressing without frying - with built-in thermostat heating device, enjoy natural and healthy oil
            III: Frying and hot pressing - stir fry for 5 min first, the oil will be pure and aromatic.

3.  Oil Extracting Rate

A good oil press machine should have high oil extracting rate.

This oil press machine has higher oil extracting rate than the other kinds of oil press machine due to the pattern pressing barrel. Different from the other oil press machine, our oil press adopts the special inside structure, which is made of 3 parts (Middle: octagon, each side: circular). Different size and shape inside the pressing barrel make that the pressure inside the barrel, thus leading oil inverse flow, therefore the oil extracting rate is improved.

4.Easy operation, Low noise and long time work

           Easy operation: You just need to add the material, select the pressing way, then that's ok.

           Easy to clean: The pressing barrel is fixed by 4 screws, and to clean the barrel, simply remove the screw.

           Low noise: The noise is below 50 db, smaller than talking;

           Long Time work: The press machine adopt the 1200 W industrial motor, 4-level metal gear, brush less, no electronic parts. It is able to work 24 hours non-stop.

 5. Long lifetime and easy to maintain

       The oil press machine has a lifetime more than 10 years. We provide 1 year warranty for the whole machine. And all parts of machine are universal components; you can find replacements in any large hardware store, except the pressing barrel.
