Ceiling roses (if applicable): Ceiling roses we prepared for US/Canada customers must with at least 12 cm diameter. f. Bulbs: We offer complimentary bulbs for some lamps, but we are not able to provide guarantee or replacement on those bulbs. g. Cord: If need longer cord, please feel free to leave a message or remark inside of order, for example, "Need 2m cord". If need longer hanging metal rods or chain, please contact us for detail. 2. Received Damaged Goods. If you received products damaged in transit, please don't worry, please contact us directly, we will redeliver a new lamp / part to you.
